October Bike:
This bike is a 1951 model made by American Brake Shoe.

This was a company that made brakes for trains. In the early 1950s, they made a small number of bicycle motors to compete with Wizzer and other motorized bikes that were popular at that time.

It was not successful and no more were made beyond this initial batch test.
